Description
Training Delivery Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on IT and digital skills. Deliver training as per the prescribed curriculum and training schedule. Ensure effective learning through interactive teaching methodologies. Provide hands-on practice and technical guidance to candidates.
Student Management Monitor student attendance, discipline, and classroom engagement. Support students in assignments, projects, assessments, and doubt clearing. Mentor candidates on communication, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.
Lab & Infrastructure Management Ensure proper functioning of computer systems, internet connectivity, and lab equipment. Maintain training materials, software installations, and lab records. Coordinate with technical support teams for issue resolution.
Assessment & Reporting Conduct periodic tests, assessments, and evaluations. Track candidate progress and maintain training records/MIS. Share regular reports on attendance, performance, and batch status.
