Your role is pivotal in transforming data-driven insights into actionable strategies and elevating the commercial team's skills. Your 3 primary responsibility areas: Lead strategic KA customer focused Planogram (POG) optimization projects: You are the go-to technical expert for planogram development/optimization/revamp across APAC. You will wield tools like JDA, Tana Power (in Japan) and equivalent s/w and/or tools to create data-driven shelf blueprints that win in the marketplace. Your core mission is twofold: a) to execute complex POG projects for our most strategic accounts, and b) to democratize this expertise by training, certifying, and supporting our commercial teams. You will thrive on solving intricate space puzzles and empowering others to become proficient in shelf strategy, becoming the key evangelist for planogram excellence within 3M.
