We make content that educates, converts, and retains.About the Role You'll be the second creative pair of hands in our content studio, working directly under our Creative Lead. Your primary job is editing short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ad creatives) and assisting on shoots as a second camera operator. This is a hands-on, high-output role. If you like variety— assist on shooting one day, editing the next — this is for you.What You'll Do - Edit 10–15 short-form videos per week (Reels, Shorts, ad cuts) - Assist the Creative Lead on product and testimonial shoots - Handle colour grading, audio syncing, subtitle placement, and basic motion graphics - Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs - Manage a clean, organised asset library- Meet turnaround timelines without being chased What We're Looking For - 1–3 years experience editing short-form content (Instagram/YouTube) - Strong command of Premiere Pro/FCP - Basic videography skills — comfortable operating a camera on location - Eye for brand consistency and clean typography- Ability to take a brief and execute without handholding - Bonus: After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or drone flying experience What We Offer -₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month - Full-time, on-site role in Padinjarathara, Wayanad - Direct mentorship from a hands-on Creative Lead - Real creative ownership from Day 1 — not a factory job- Accommodation support available for outstation candidates How to Apply Send your portfolio (Instagram page, YouTube channel, or Google Drive reel compilation) to [HIDDEN TEXT].
