Architect Designer (Kalyan)

Job Overview We are looking for a Junior Architect (Design) with 3–4 years of experience, enthusiastic about learning and handling a mix of Retail and Residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for conceptual design, detailed working drawings, site coordination with execution teams, and BOQ preparation. Exposure to interior works will be an added advantage. The role requires close coordination with senior architects to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. Job Specifications Education / Qualification Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Skills (Technical / Computer / Soft Skills) Proficient in AutoCAD Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently Strong team player Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge & Experience 3–4 years of relevant work experience Experience in Residential building projects or Retail mall projects Knowledge of interior detailing will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities Understand architectural and interior design requirements. Coordinate with internal teams and cross-functional verticals including Legal, Design, Infrastructure, Marketing, and Funding teams for smooth project execution. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and external agencies to ensure effective execution. Contribute fresh, creative, and project-appropriate design ideas. Develop hand sketches, architectural concepts, and presentation decks (PPTs). Create concept boards for internal review and client approvals, reflecting design intent, branding, materials, colours, finishes, and lighting. Prepare conceptual drawings, architectural presentations, working drawings, municipal drawings, and support site execution as required. Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year Application Question(s):
