Description
THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY LEADERS. We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Administrator with strong expertise in SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business support. The candidate will be responsible for providing L3 support, troubleshooting platform-related issues, maintaining operational stability, and supporting enterprise collaboration services within Microsoft 365 environments. This role is focused on production support and administration activities. Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide third-level support for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business
- Troubleshoot:
- User access and permissions issues
- OneDrive synchronization problems
- File sharing and external sharing issues
- Deleted file recovery and version history issues
- Document library and list configuration issues
- Support OneDrive sync client setup and troubleshooting
- Manage incidents, service requests, and escalation tickets within SLA timelines
- Coordinate with Microsoft Support / Engineering teams for complex issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation, KB articles, and SOPs
- Support migration, cleanup, and restructuring activities for SharePoint and OneDrive
- Monitor recurring issues and recommend operational improvements
- Ensure adherence to IT security, governance, and compliance standards Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- SharePoint Online Administration
- OneDrive for Business Support
- Experience troubleshooting:
- SharePoint permissions and access issues
- OneDrive sync issues
- Sharing and collaboration issues
- File recovery and version history
- Good understanding of:
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- SharePoint Admin Center
- Permissions models and sharing policies
- PowerShell
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrations
- Experience working in ticket-based support environments Good to Have Skills
- Exchange Online Administration
- Microsoft Teams Administration
- Slack Administration
- Miro Administration
- Basic Microsoft Copilot troubleshooting Soft Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Positive communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in rotational shifts
