ABOUT WIPPI Wippi is a screen-free AI companion for children
- a physical storytelling player that brings imagination to life through audio stories, collectible figurines, and story cards. No screens. No scrolling. Just a child, a story, and a world that opens up every time they press play. We're building a product that puts childhood wonder before engagement metrics, and we're looking for someone who wants to help shape how Wippi shows up in the world. ROLE OVERVIEW We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is organised, proactive, and excited to work across brand, content, events, and community. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, support events and activations, and ensure smooth execution across channels. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Coordinate content calendars across Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and email
• Support campaign execution and product launches
• Coordinate with creators, designers, and external partners
• Help manage events, activations, and community experiences
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Support influencer outreach and creator collaborations
• Manage comments, DMs, and community touchpoints
• Maintain organised asset libraries and brand documentation WHO YOU ARE
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing
• Experience coordinating campaigns or events
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day workflows
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets
