Work location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune Kindly provide the JD for Oracle Retail RMS Techno functional position: We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Oracle Retail Developer with 6-17 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Retail modules including RMS, SIM, RESA, RPM, and REIM. The ideal candidate will have strong development and support experience across both on-premise and cloud implementations. This is an individual contributor role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Job Title: Oracle Retail RMS Techno-Functional Consultant Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Oracle Retail Techno-Functional Consultant with 7-16 years of experience across key Oracle Retail modules including RMS, SIM, RESA, RPM, and REIM. The role requires strong expertise in both development and functional support across on-premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, driving solutions, and supporting business-critical retail systems in a quick-paced environment. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-16 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Retail Techno functional .
- Strong expertise in RMS, SIM, RESA, RPM, and REIM modules.
- Good understanding of Oracle Retail data model and integration points.
- Experience in PL/SQL, UNIX shell scripting, and Oracle database.
- Proven experience in both development and production support environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle Retail cloud architecture and deployment models.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
