The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to connect with customers, resolve queries, share information, and ensure smooth communication. Candidates must be disciplined, comfortable managing a high call volume, and able to work efficiently in a remote setup. Requirements
- Fluency in English and Telugu (Mandatory).
- Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls daily.
- Professional attitude and ability to manage multiple conversations.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working in a remote environment.
- Minimum 6 months of prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or a similar role. Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass, Graduate preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, MS Excel).
- Ability to learn quickly and follow clear instructions.
