Associate Program Director (Barpeta)

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Director
- Program to lead strategic initiatives with our University partners. This role is core to our mission of scaling high- impact programs, driving topline growth, and positioning our partner universities as industry leaders in the online higher education space. Key Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Projects: Lead and execute high-growth initiatives in collaboration with university partners to scale programs and improve topline performance.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate across internal teams
- Sales, Marketing, Academics, Product, Operations, to align efforts and deliver on shared goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface with senior university stakeholders to ensure long-term alignment, trust, and success.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key business metrics to ensure initiatives are meeting defined targets and identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Autonomous Execution: Take complete ownership of projects from ideation to execution with minimal supervision in a rapid-paced environment.
- Market and Industry Awareness: Stay updated on higher education trends, regulatory developments, and competitor movements to guide strategic direction. Who We're Looking For
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in program/project management, business consulting, strategy, or operations, preferably in the education, B2B or high-value consumer tech space.
- Education: Graduate/MBA from a top-tier institution like IIT, IIM, BITS. Skills & Attributes:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, involving coordination with University Partners.
