We're Hiring Associate Director (Fulfillment Center Operations) Flipkart Supply Chain & Operations Flipkart is looking for a strong, execution-focused Associate Director to lead large-scale fulfillment center operations and drive operational excellence across our supply chain network. What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end warehouse center operations across high-volume fulfillment centers
• Drive productivity, cost optimization, and SLA adherence at scale
• Build and mentor high-performing teams across shifts and functions
• Own continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and process excellence
• Partner with cross-functional teams on automation, capacity planning, and peak readiness
• Use data and metrics to drive decisions and deliver consistent results What we're looking for:
- 8-12+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
• Proven experience managing large teams in high-throughput environments
• Strong exposure to e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, or 3PL operations
• Hands-on leadership mindset with robust problem-solving and execution skills
