We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead our team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Supervise and guide sales staff to ensure smooth functioning of the store
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product displays
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and teamwork within the store Requirements
- Previous experience in retail store management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic computer and billing system knowledge
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment
