Nursing Shift In-charge (Kumaraswamy Layout)

Position: Shift Incharge – Nursing Department: Nursing Location: Punarvaas Hospital, Bengaluru Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff during assigned shift
- Ensure proper patient care and timely medication administration
- Allocate duties to nurses and ward staff
- Monitor patient condition and report critical cases to doctors
- Maintain nursing documentation and records
- Ensure infection control and hygiene practices
- Handle patient / attender concerns during shift
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Ensure adequate stock of medicines and consumables
- Maintain discipline and smooth shift operations Eligibility:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing
- Karnataka Nursing Council Registration
- 3+ years experience
- Leadership skills preferred Timing: Rotational Shift / Day-Night Shift Pay: ₹25,000.00
