Civil supervisor (Kangeyam)

Job Summary The Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising all civil maintenance and construction activities within the factory premises. The role includes monitoring building maintenance, coordinating repair works, ensuring workplace safety, supervising contractors and workers, and maintaining the factory infrastructure in good condition. Key Responsibilities
· Supervise daily civil maintenance activities inside the factory and hostel premises.
· Monitor construction, repair, renovation, and painting works.
· Ensure proper maintenance of factory buildings, production areas, toilets, canteen, drainage systems, roads, and hostel facilities.
· Ensure all work is completed as per quality and safety standards.
· Inspect factory infrastructure regularly and identify maintenance requirements.
· Maintain records of civil work, material usage, repair activities, and attendance.
· Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and maintenance activities.
· Monitor plumbing, water supply systems, and sanitation-related civil work.
· Support compliance requirements related to factory audits and safety standards.
· Report major damages, repair requirements, and project updates to management. Pay: ₹20,000.00
