Automation Engineer (Kothanur)

Job Profile: Engineer Automation Location: Bangalore Department: Automation and Instrumentation. Experience: 4 to 5 years in programming of PLC & SCADA for pharmaceutical equipment’s Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, communication, or Instrumentation Engineering Reporting To: Manager – AIT Job Responsibility:
· Making enquiry stage Automation & Instrumentation BOM as per URS & TO.
· Preparing all the project deliverables for client submission.
· Equipment design as per pharmaceutical guidelines
· Programming of PLC, SCADA & HMI (Siemens/Allen Bradley)
· Commissioning & Validation of the pharmaceutical equipment
· Automation & Instrumentation service & support at client site/remote
· Cross functional team coordination for design, installation & qualification Competencies required for the position are knowledge and expertise in
· Siemens Step 7 PLC (CPU 300 & 400 series) programming.
· Siemens Step 7 Professional PLC (CPU 1200 &1500) programming
· Siemens SCADA programming (WinCC)
· Siemens HMI programming (TIA Portal).
· Allen Bradley PLC programming Studio 5000
· Allen Bradley SCADA programming Factory Talk View SE
· Data Recording & Management
· Knowledge in SQL or PostgreSQL
