We work with children of all levels – from beginners taking their first steps on the board to advanced players aspiring for FIDE ratings and competitive success. Our mission is to provide world-class coaching, a supportive learning environment, and a seamless experience for both students and parents. Role Overview The Enrollment Team is the first point of contact for new students and parents. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, nurturing leads, scheduling demo sessions, and ensuring a smooth admissions process. The goal is to convert leads into enrollments while maintaining a strong relationship with parents and students. Key Responsibilities
- Handle new inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or CRM.
- Make outbound calls and follow up consistently to convert leads into enrollments.
- Schedule demo classes for prospective students and coordinate with coaches.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed program information (curriculum, fees, schedules) to parents.
- Build trust and rapport with parents by addressing initial concerns/questions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure timely follow-ups on campaigns.
- Track enrollment targets and provide daily/weekly reports to the manager.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of current students once enrolled.
- Support in fee collection coordination and payment follow-ups if required. Key Skills & Competencies
