SAP Datasphere Consultant (Kavaratti)

Title: SAP Datasphere Consultant Experience : 8+years Type: remote Timings : 2-11Pm IST Role Overview The SAP Datasphere Consultant (Offshore) will provide technical support to the onshore Datasphere Lead, executing hands-on data transformation tasks for the S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout. This individual will work within the migration team to handle extraction, relevancy rule configuration, and object transformation activities across key migration objects. Strong technical skills in SAP Datasphere and experience with core manufacturing and commercial SAP objects are essential. Key Responsibilities Support the onshore SAP Datasphere Lead in executing the data transformation strategy for the rollout Perform data extraction from legacy source systems and load raw data into the Datasphere transformation environment Implement relevancy rules as defined by the migration lead to filter in-scope data per object and plant Configure and execute transformation flows for assigned migration objects within SAP Datasphere Conduct field-level mapping between legacy data structures and S/4HANA target templates Identify and flag data quality issues (missing mandatory fields, invalid values, broken relationships) and work with the team to resolve them Participate in mock load cycles and support error resolution for transformation-layer failures Maintain detailed documentation of transformation logic, mapping files, and relevancy configurations Coordinate closely with the onshore team during US business hours as required for key milestone activities Support UAT data validation and reconciliation activities as directed Key Migration Objects (Hands-on Experience Required) Material Master Bill of Materials (BOM) Routing / Work Centers Business Partner (Customer, Vendor, Contact Person) Open Sales Orders Required Qualifications 8+ years of SAP data migration experience with hands-on Datasphere or SAP DWC experience Practical experience with the migration objects listed above in an SAP ECC or S/4HANA environment Experience writing and implementing relevancy rules for SAP migration objects Knowledge of SAP Data Migration Cockpit structure and migration template requirements Proficiency in data transformation using Datasphere tools (Data Flows, Replication Flows, Data Builder) Experience with SQL or scripting languages used within Datasphere transformation logic Good understanding of S/4HANA Public Cloud data model for key objects Ability to work in a fast-paced project workplace with tight migration timelines Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting rollout projects within a global SAP template model Exposure to manufacturing domain SAP implementations SAP Datasphere or BW/4HANA certification Familiarity with cutover planning and execution support activities Work Arrangement Offshore position; candidates must be available to overlap with US business hours (EST/PST) during key project milestones, mock cutovers, and go-live events Strong written and verbal communication in English required for daily collaboration with onshore team Disclaimer: This job description has been sourced from a public domain and may have been modified by Naukri.com to improve clarity for our users.
