Oracle BRM Developer (Kavaratti)

Position: Oracle BRM Developer Experience: 6 12 Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle BRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in BRM, ECE, and PDC. The ideal candidate should have solid domain knowledge in BSS/OSS and convergent billing systems, along with proven development experience in Oracle BRM implementations. Key Responsibilities:
- Work across all BRM modules, including:
- Subscription Management
- Billing Invoicing
- Payments Accounts Receivable
- Collections
- Integrations
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and low-level designs
- Actively contribute as a hands-on BRM developer (not limited to support/operations)
- Develop and validate solutions using POCs and prototypes
- Configure and customize BRM components and modules
- Perform sanity checks and validation of implemented solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of BRM implementations Mandatory Skills:
- Strong programming expertise in:
- C / C++
- Java technologies
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle 12c / 19c
- PL/SQL
- PCM Java
- BRM Web Services
- Scripting (Perl/Python)
- Solid understanding of BRM Architecture
- Experience in:
- Real-time and batch rating
- Product configuration using PDC
- General Ledger
- Accounts Receivable
- Payment handling
- Taxation
- Invoicing customization
- Discount configuration
- Experience in policy customization using PCM C / PCM Java
- Hands-on experience in writing MTAs (Multi-Threaded Applications)
- Exposure to at least 2+ BRM implementations
- Familiarity with:
- Version control tools (SVN, Git, CVS)
- Defect tracking tools (Jira, Redmine)
- Robust knowledge of convergent billing systems Desirable Skills:
- Domain knowledge in:
- Prepaid / Postpaid Billing (RODOD)
- Broadband / Wireless / Voice / SMS / Data services
- Exposure to BRM Cloud Native Environment (CNE)
- Experience working in:
- Agile / Scrum / Waterfall / Iterative models
- DevOps environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with customers, partners, and internal teams effectively Additional Notes:
