We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our B2C sales efforts The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by converting leads into customers building relationships with prospective learners and guiding them through our educational offerings Key Responsibilities
- Identify pursue and convert leads into enrolled students through outbound inbound sales strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
- Lead mentor and guide a team of BDEs Telecallers if applicable
- Conduct counseling sessions telephonic online to understand student needs
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM data
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and campaign feedback
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and suggest improvements
- Deliver high-quality customer experience and build long-term engagement Requirements
- Bachelor s degree MBA preferred
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2C sales or EdTech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven with a track record of exceeding sales goals
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00
