Position: OSM (Order Service Management) Consulting SME

Experience: 6 12 Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced OSM Consulting SME with strong expertise in Oracle Communications OSS stack, specifically in Order Service Management (OSM). This role offers an chance to work as an OSS consultant on telecom transformation programs, focusing on order management solutions and OSS product implementations. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement OSS Order Management solutions using Oracle OSM Work on OSM 7.3.x and above versions for order management implementations Translate business requirements and HLDs into effective technical solutions Develop and configure solutions using: Java XML / XQuery Web Services Perform code build and deployment in development and testing environments Prepare and maintain design documentation including HLD, LLD, and technical specs Install, configure, and troubleshoot OSM environments Work on OSS solutions such as: RODOD (Rapid Offer Design Order Delivery) RSDOD (Rapid Service Design Order Delivery) NRM (Network Resource Management) Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery Work in UNIX/Linux environments and develop shell scripts where required

Mandatory Skills: 6 12 years of experience in IT / Telecommunications industry Minimum 5 9 years of hands-on experience in OSM (7.3.x and above) Solid knowledge of OSS and Telecom domain Expertise in: Java XML / XQuery Web Services WebLogic RDBMS Hands-on experience in OSM installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Strong understanding of: Order Management systems RODOD / RSDOD solutions Experience in UNIX / Linux environments and Shell scripting Knowledge of TMF frameworks (eTOM, SID Data Model) Ability to convert HLD to LLD and technical solutions

Desirable Skills: Experience in end-to-end OSS/BSS implementations Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / DevOps methodologies Solid problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and in team environments

Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech in: Computer Science Electrical Electronics Telecommunications
