We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual for the role of Kitchen Help at our Greater Noida location. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation, and must be a reliable team player with strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Food preparation (Mandatory skill) - Ability to prepare and handle food items following safety and hygiene protocols.
• Cleaning (Mandatory skill) - Experience in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Sanitation (Mandatory skill) - Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Organization - Capable of keeping the kitchen area neat, ensuring utensils and ingredients are in their respective places.
• Teamwork - Ability to work well with other kitchen staff and contribute positively to team dynamics.
• Time Management - Skill in managing multiple tasks efficiently during busy kitchen hours.
• Basic Cooking Skills - Fundamental cooking skills to assist in food preparation tasks as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and basic cooking tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out the trash.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Organize and store food items and kitchen supplies efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
• Help in inventory management by keeping track of food supplies and notifying the supervisor of shortages.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the head chef or kitchen manager.
