Job Summary We are looking for a performance-oriented and analytically strong Associate Manager– Marketing to drive and scale our digital acquisition and retention initiatives across Selsmart and MetalMandi. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle management, and data-led decision-making.The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, can think strategically, and execute with precision. Key Responsibilities Performance&Digital Marketing● Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook&Instagram), and other paid channels● Manage and scale Retention Marketing initiatives including CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and re-engagement campaigns ● Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI, CAC, and LTV ● Work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with business goalsAnalytics&Business Understanding● Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and cohort data to identify growth opportunities ● Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and marketing efficiency ● Apply strong business acumen to align marketing strategies with revenue and growth objectivesStrategy&Execution● Support marketing strategy development for D2C&B2B initiatives and brand-led campaigns● Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure ● Identify new growth channels, tools, and marketing innovations Stakeholder&Team Collaboration● Coordinate with internal teams including product, sales, tech, and operations ● Communicate insights, results, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders Key Requirements Education&Background● MBA in Marketing / Business Management from a reputed institute ● Strong academic and professional background Experience ● 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience , preferably with B2C/D2C companies ● Proven experience in managing performance marketing and retention channels● Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and CRM platforms Skills&Competencies● Strong analytical and data interpretation skills ● Excellent understanding of business fundamentals and customer lifecycle ● Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesWhat We Offer Opportunity to work with a purpose-driven organization leading sustainability initiative High-impact role with exposure to leadership and strategic decision-making Dynamic work environment with opportunities for learning and growth
