The role requires strong ownership, process discipline, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines efficiently.Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end exit formalities for employees, ensuring timely coordination, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and closure of all required processes. Maintain and regularly update the consultant tracker/sheet, engagement details, updates, documentation, and related lifecycle tracking with accuracy and confidentiality.Handle CAS/PO creation and approval coordination for all expenses under TOI employees and engagement initiatives. Ensure invoices and documentation are processed accurately and within timelines. Maintain proper records and audit-ready documentation for all transactions. Coordination&Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Track deadlines, approvals, renewals, and follow-ups proactively. Support smooth operational execution across HR and business teams. Skills&Qualifications: Strong organizational and coordination skills High attention to detail and process orientation Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel and documentation management Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously Good communication and follow-up skills Prior experience in HR operations, vendor/consultant management, or coordination roles is preferredPreferred Traits: Ownership mindset and reliability Ability to work with confidential information Strong time management and execution capability Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
