Social Media Manager, Kanpur

Job Overview: We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is audience-first and data-driven, with a creative mindset and strong understanding of how people consume content across platforms. What You’ll Do: Build and execute social media content and engagement strategies based on audience insights, platform behavior, trends, and performance data.Understand the difference between: what the audience says they want, what shapes brand perception, and what content gets consumed and engaged with. Create platform-native content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc., aligned with different audience intent and consumption patterns.Write everything from short, crisp, quirky copies to long-form LinkedIn posts, articles, and thought-leadership content. Work closely with leadership, design, marketing, and business teams to drive brand visibility and engagement. Analyze content performance, identify insights, run experiments, and continuously improve engagement and reach.Build and test new content formats, engagement ideas, storytelling angles, and community initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 4 - 6 years. Strong understanding of audience behavior, content psychology, and social media trends. Ability to use data, insights, comments, conversations, and platform signals to shape content direction.Excellent writing and communication skills. Curious by nature— loves to read, explore, observe trends, interact with people, and stay updated. Strong ownership mindset — someone who treats the brand like their own business.
