Form Job Title: Spanish - English Interpreter Location: Noida Shift: Rotational / Night Shift Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Spanish - English Interpreters to facilitate real-time communication between Spanish-speaking and English-speaking individuals. The role involves accurately interpreting conversations across calls, video, or other communication channels while maintaining confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.Key Responsibilities: Provide real-time interpretation between Spanish and English (both directions) Accurately convey tone, intent, and context without omissions or additions Handle interpretation for customer service, healthcare, or business interactions Maintain strict confidentiality of all conversations and dataFollow established interpretation protocols and guidelines Manage calls professionally, ensuring clarity and effective communication Meet quality and productivity benchmarks Required Skills&Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish and English (both verbal and comprehension) Strong listening, memory retention, and note-taking skills Excellent pronunciation, diction, and clarity in both languages Ability to remain neutral and professional during conversations Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with interpretation toolsWillingness to work in rotational or night shifts Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Spanish Prior experience in interpretation (OPI/VRI) or call center environment Key Competencies: Attention to detail and accuracy Cultural awareness and sensitivity Multitasking ability Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure Think global.
