Role Description Social Media Executive/ Manager – Full-Time, On-Site | NoidaManage and optimize social media platforms to ensure a strong, consistent brand presence Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with marketing and branding goals Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithm changes to inform strategyIdeate and brainstorm fresh, creative content ideas regularly— including campaigns, reels, carousels, memes, and interactive content Brief designers and video editors with clear creative direction, references, and content requirements to bring ideas to life Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing Effective verbal and written Communication skills Familiarity with analytics tools to evaluate social media performance Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple platforms simultaneously Experience in brand-building and audience engagementKnowledge of current trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
