- Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer queries over calls and WhatsApp
- Follow up with interested prospects to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate customer notes, call logs, and CRM details
- Coordinate with internal sales and support teams
- Meet daily calling targets and customer communication KPIs
- Deliver a professional, polite, and friendly customer experience Requirements & Skills We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the discipline to perform consistently in a remote setup.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (explicit pronunciation, neutral accent preferred)
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, customer support, voice process, BPO, or call center roles preferred
- Confident, extroverted, and energetic personality
- Comfortable speaking with customers on calls for long hours
- Comfortable being on video camera throughout the shift
- Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps recommended)
- Working laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone
