Outbound Calling (Core Responsibility)● Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to prospective clients● Engage with decision-makers and drive meaningful conversations● Handle objections confidently and persist through follow-ups2. Appointment Setting (Primary Goal)● Qualify leads based on relevance, need, and intent● Book a minimum of 3 qualified meetings per day● Schedule meetings with the appropriate stakeholders● Ensure confirmations and attendance3. Lead Follow-Ups● Execute structured follow-ups via:● Email● LinkedIn● WhatsApp/SMS (if required)● Follow a defined outreach cadence4. Inbound Lead Handling● Respond quickly to inbound inquiries● Convert inbound leads into scheduled meetings5.
