About the Role:
We are seeking a driven fresher willing to kickstart as a Business Development Specialist
(Premium Client Facing role) to lead consultative selling of our specialized personality
development program. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients,
understanding their concerns, guiding them through our offerings, and converting them into
satisfied program participants.
Must have own Laptop and Wi-Fi
Must be comfortable in Video call
Must be able to converse in english– positive spoken english
Graduation is not needed.
Video is mandatory without video we will not consider your application
Working Mode : Work from home
Working Days : 6 days working (rotational 1 off in a week)
Working Hours : 9AM- 7PM
Compensation Details : 25k fixed Non negotiable + Incentives (60k to 2 lacs)
Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with leads through Zoom consultations to understand their personality concerns.
Conduct personalized consultations to recommend suitable program plans.
Nurture leads through empathy-driven conversations and consistent follow-ups.
Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets through effective consultative sales.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Additional Role Details:
This is a Zoom call–based role, and candidates will be required to take 5–6 video calls per day, working 6 days a week from home.
All leads and Zoom call schedules will be provided by the company.
Candidates must be presentable and qualified on video calls, as this is a premium client-facing role.
Solid English communication skills (spoken) are mandatory.
Incentives & Performance Structure:
Incentives are performance-based and can be earned after the 6th successful sale .
There is no upper limit on incentives , and candidates can continue earning incentives on every additional sale thereafter, based on performance.
Complete training and onboarding will be provided.
