Role: Customer Relation Executive/Manager ???? Location: Noida ???? Experience Required: 2–5 Years ???? Educational Qualification: Graduate / B.Com / BBA / MBA or equivalent qualification ???? Industry Preference: Commercial Operations, Logistics Coordination, Supply Chain, Industrial / Manufacturing / Technology Industry Role Purpose: To act as the single commercial coordination point for customers, Sales, and Service teams from PO receipt to final payment closure. Key Responsibilities
- Act as SPOC for customers, Sales, and Service teams for commercial order execution
- Coordinate PO management, advance payments, LC, BG, SD, PBG, and customer-specific requirements
- Track shipments, delivery documentation, duty exemptions, and duty payment requirements
- Create and coordinate commercial invoices and delivery challan requests
- Follow up on final payment closures along with installation reports and customer sign-offs
