Role: Customer Relation Executive/Manager Location: Noida Experience Required: 2–5 Years Educational Qualification: Graduate / B.Com / BBA / MBA or equivalent qualificationIndustry Preference: Commercial Operations, Logistics Coordination, Supply Chain, Industrial / Manufacturing / Technology Industry Role Purpose: To act as the single commercial coordination point for customers, Sales, and Service teams from PO receipt to final payment closure. Key Responsibilities:Act as SPOC for customers, Sales, and Service teams for commercial order execution Coordinate PO management, advance payments, LC, BG, SD, PBG, and customer-specific requirements Track shipments, delivery documentation, duty exemptions, and duty payment requirements Create and coordinate commercial invoices and delivery challan requestsFollow up on final payment closures along with installation reports and customer sign-offs Share daily/monthly MIS, pending status reports, and issue closure updates Key Focus Areas:✔ Customer Response&Coordination✔ PO&Payment Follow-Ups✔ Invoice&Documentation Accuracy✔ Shipment Tracking&Closure✔ Final Payment Realization Support ✔ MIS&Reporting Discipline We are looking for professionals with strong coordination skills, ownership mindset, customer handling capabilities, and operational discipline in a fast-paced environment.
