Sr Project Manager, Operations (Puducherry)

Position Summary The Operations Project Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) financial analytics, reporting, cash management, and compliance activities. This role plays a critical leadership position in ensuring effective governance, financial visibility, and operational rigor across global P2P processes. This role will lead efforts to revise, manage, and expand procure-to-pay cash management activities, develop and enhance automated routines, perform detailed payment analysis, and ensure adherence to weekly cash-out constraints. The successful candidate will partner closely with Global Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, and Technology teams to continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across P2P operations. Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead and oversee global procure-to-pay financial analytics, reporting, and compliance activities across regions
- Revise, manage, and expand procure-to-pay cash management processes to improve forecasting accuracy and cash discipline
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated routines and dashboards to support payment analysis, reporting, and decision-making
- Analyze global payment activity to identify trends, risks, timing issues, and opportunities for optimization
- Ensure adherence to weekly cash-out constraints and support enterprise cash flow objectives in partnership with Treasury and Finance leadership
- Manage cross-functional projects related to P2P process improvement, system enhancements, and control frameworks
- Partner with technology teams to drive automation, standardization, and scalability of P2P reporting and analytics
- Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with global financial and operational policies
- Provide leadership, guidance, and subject-matter expertise to global stakeholders and operational team Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in financial operations, procure-to-pay, accounting, or cash management roles
- Demonstrated experience managing global P2P analytics, payment processes, and financial reporting
- Strong experience with cash forecasting, payment analysis, and financial controls
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a global setting
