Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant T24 Production Support to manage and support our T24 production environment hosted on Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in T24 (R24 or higher), combined with solid functional knowledge across key core banking modules, especially Arrangement Architecture (AA). This role requires close coordination with business users, internal project teams, and Temenos for issue resolution, system enhancements, and production stability. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the T24 production system hosted in Azure cloud environment
- Handle T24 Close of Business (COB) activities and related escalations
- Represent Turicum in vendor meetings and external technical discussions
- Engage with Temenos for core product-related issues and follow up on patches/fixes
- Provide immediate workarounds for production incidents raised by business users
- Troubleshoot and resolve local development and production defects
- Test and validate core updates received from Temenos before deployment
- Ensure smooth deployment, system stability, and performance monitoring
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal project teams
- Maintain incident management compliance and documentation standards Required Technical Skills
- 3+ years of experience in T24 Production Support
- Hands-on experience in R24 or higher releases
- Strong expertise in:
- TAFJ architecture
- JBoss application server
- T24 Componentization coding
- Data & Class files packaging
- In-depth understanding of:
- Close of Business (COB) processes
- Production issue analysis & debugging
- Experience working in Azure cloud-hosted environments
- Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Required Functional Knowledge Strong functional understanding in the following T24 modules:
