The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting system and application issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-focused approach to resolving technical concerns efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, applications, and system-related issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems efficiently within defined timelines.
- Respond to user queries and provide timely support through remote or onsite assistance.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications, systems, and related tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth system functionality and operational continuity.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential technical issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Ensure high levels of customer, client, and stakeholder satisfaction through effective support.
- Assist in system upgrades, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or related field
- Diploma or certification in IT Support or System Administration is an added advantage Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in IT Support, Application Support, or ERP Support
- Basic understanding of:
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Networking concepts
- System configurations and maintenance
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems and application support
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with ticketing and support management tools
- Basic knowledge of databases and server environments
- Experience providing remote and onsite technical support
