For more details refer our website : Entry level Fast Track Training Program We are seeking B.E./B.Tech and Diploma Engineering Trainees (2026 graduates and 2025 graduates with one year experience) This program is designed to train outstanding candidates through an accelerated, hands-on learning experience across all key facets of a steel plant.

Exposure Includes:

- Electrical: High-voltage systems (up to 110 kV), control systems, and industrial drives
- Mechanical: 6070 Ton EOT cranes, hydraulics, continuous casting processes, and related equipment
- Metallurgy: Steel production processes and plant operations Qualification & Requirements: Candidates must be willing to work in a demanding, hands-on steel plant environment. This program is not suited for those seeking purely desk-based roles. A strong ability to understand and apply concepts in mechanical, electrical, and electronics engineering is essential. The candidates will be required to be on 8 hour shift duty. Candidates who successfully complete this program will be highly skilled and much sought-after across industrial sectors.

- Stipend: Rs.20,000 per month

- On successful completion of the first year and qualification, candidates will be absorbed into the three year rapid track training. Performance review will be conducted every six months. Feedback will be given and trainees mentored. Career Progression:

Candidates who successfully complete the first year can expect annual increments ranging from 15% to 20%, based on performance, and will thereafter enter the structured three-year training track leading to progression into various supervisory roles. The company will also offer a annual bonus package as candidates progress through the structured three-year training program.
