1. Customer Complaints
- Handle customer complaints (0 km, warranty, line issues).
- Lead 8D problem-solving and submit reports on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams for root cause analysis. 2. OEM Customer Handling
- Serve as SPOC for MSIL, KIA, Hyundai, and Tata Motors.
- Attend customer meetings, audits, and reviews.
- Manage visits, containment actions, and feedback closure. 3. Problem Solving & Corrective Action
- Use tools like 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, PFMEA.
- Implement and verify permanent corrective actions. 4. Warranty & Field Issues
- Analyze warranty returns and field failures.
- Identify trends and submit analysis reports. 5. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain Control Plans, FMEA, and Work Instructions.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and OEM requirements. 6. Customer Portals
- Manage OEM portals.
- Upload reports, actions, and quality data. 7. Internal Coordination
- Work with Production, Quality, Supplier Quality, and R&D.;
- Ensure containment actions like sorting and rework. 8. Audits & Improvement
- Participate in audits and LPAs.
- Drive improvements (Kaizen, Poka-Yoke). 9. KPIs & Customer Satisfaction
- Improve PPM, reduce warranty issues.
