Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based at K.M.C Hospital in Karaikudi. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, specialties, and health programs, both within the local community and across digital channels. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media and online presence, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to create service-focused campaigns, and overseeing branding and promotional materials. The role involves organizing and supporting outreach events, health camps, and community engagement initiatives, as well as monitoring marketing performance, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The Marketing Manager will also manage vendor relationships, support patient education initiatives, and ensure all communication aligns with the hospital’s values and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in healthcare, hospital, or service industries. Strong skills in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and basic analytics. Ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, community outreach activities, and events. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working with clinical, administrative, and external stakeholders. Robust organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and timelines. Comfort with basic marketing tools and software (e.g., MS Office, presentation tools; exposure to design or CRM tools is an advantage). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in marketing is a plus. Understanding of local market dynamics and willingness to be actively present in the community around Karaikudi.
