Physical Director (Karamadai)

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Physical Director to oversee and promote physical education, sports activities, fitness programs, and student wellness initiatives within the institution. The candidate will be responsible for organizing sports events, training students for competitions, maintaining sports facilities, and encouraging active student participation in athletics and fitness activities. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct physical education and fitness programs for students.
- Train and coach students for intercollegiate, university, district, and state-level sports competitions.
- Organize annual sports day, tournaments, and other athletic events.
- Maintain sports equipment, gym facilities, playgrounds, and inventory records.
- Identify and nurture talented students in various sports disciplines.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and sportsmanship among students during activities.
- Prepare sports schedules, participation reports, and departmental records.
- Coordinate procurement of sports materials and maintenance requirements.
- Promote health awareness, fitness, yoga, and wellness activities.
- Assist in institutional events, cultural programs, admissions, and student engagement activities as assigned by management. Qualification
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed).
- Certification in coaching, fitness training, yoga, or sports management preferred. Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in schools, colleges, or higher educational institutions.
- Experience in organizing sports events and coaching students preferred. Skills Required

- Ability to maintain discipline and promote teamwork Salary Salary will be based on qualification, experience, and institutional norms. Pay: ₹20,000.00
