Role Description We are hiring Operations Associates to support day-to-day transport activities across Haldia operations. The role is operationally intensive and requires coordination with drivers, market trucks, loading teams, and office staff to ensure smooth movement and execution. This position is ideal for someone who is practical, organized, and comfortable handling real-time transport operations in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
- Coordinate truck loading and unloading operations
- Maintain operational data entry and daily transport records
- Track truck movement and update dispatch status regularly
- Manage market truck loading and vehicle placement
- Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, delays, unloading, and operational issues
- Handle driver communication and basic truck management
- Prepare basic truck analysis and trip-related operational reports
- Ensure smooth coordination between field operations and office teams
- Support daily logistics execution and operational efficiency What we are looking for
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer and data entry knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple transport activities simultaneously
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
- Prior experience in logistics/transport is preferred but not mandatory
- Candidates from Haldia preferred Growth and progression plan First 3 months
