Freelance Consultant - Senior Technical Program Manager …, Panipat

Our Client, an IT Services and IT Consulting Firm is looking to engage with a Senior Technical Program Manager with 20+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and large-scale data center transformation programs. The candidate will lead strategic migration initiatives involving migration from Cisco ACI-based data center environments to Arista Spine-Leaf architecture for large enterprise customers. The role requires deep expertise in enterprise networking, SDN technologies, security, compute, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure program governance. The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership capabilities to manage complex multi-vendor transformation programs across geographically distributed teams while operating in a fully remote environment supporting US business hours. Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise data center transformation and migration programs.
- Manage migration from Cisco Nexus architecture to Arista Spine-Leaf based infrastructure.
- Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives involving SDN and cloud-managed network technologies.
- Manage enterprise environments involving Cisco Nexus, Arista EOS, Arista CVaaS, EVPN/VXLAN, L2LS/L3LS, Palo Alto, F5, VMware, Cisco UCS, Dell, HPE, and iSCSI environments.
- Lead migration planning activities including discovery, assessment, dependency mapping, migration runbooks, cutover planning, rollback strategies, and change management.
- Conduct executive governance meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Manage program schedules, milestones, RAID logs, escalations, and resource planning.
- Drive vendor coordination and multi-party execution across global teams. Preferred Certifications:
