Production Manager – Job Description Job Title: Production Manager Department: Production / Manufacturing Location: KArnal Experience Required: 5+ Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Production Manager who can independently handle the complete shop floor operations, production planning, and target achievement. The candidate should have solid knowledge of PPC (Production Planning & Control), manpower handling, production scheduling, and daily production monitoring. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete shop floor operations and production activities.
- Handle PPC (Production Planning & Control) effectively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning.
- Monitor production output and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with purchase, quality, maintenance, and dispatch departments.
- Manage manpower allocation and shift planning.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and process flow.
- Maintain production reports and MIS data.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance on shop floor.
- Control rejection, wastage, and production losses.
