Role Description The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making processes. This role involves preparing reports, maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that help improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance reports for management. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability. Support various departments with data-driven insights for operational efficiency. Automate report generation and improve reporting processes. Coordinate with IT teams for database management and system-related issues. Maintain documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Required Skills & Competencies: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.). Good knowledge of Ginesys ERP Knowledge of databases (SQL, MS Access, or similar). Analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc. – optional).

Qualifications & Experience: Positive knowledge of Ginesys ERP Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in MIS/Reporting/Analytics. Experience in automation and data visualization tools preferred. Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mb0cg
