Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Shopify E-commerce Executive/Manager located in Panipat. The individual will be responsible for managing the Shopify platform, maintaining and updating the online store, optimizing customer experience, and providing seamless account management. The role involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, creating effective strategies to maximize revenue, and collaborating with teams to ensure efficient execution of e-commerce goals. Adding aditional line of business like baby bedding and towels.

Qualifications Proficient in Account Management to oversee and maintain the Shopify platform effectively. Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive e-commerce performance and achieve business targets. Excellent Team Management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth operational processes. Exceptional Analytical Skills to track and interpret sales data, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of Shopify backend functionalities and understanding of e-commerce trends and tools. Proven ability to identify and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and boost online presence. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
