Job Title: Senior R&D; (Research & Development) Engineer / Scientist Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior R&D; qualified responsible for leading research, developing current products, improving existing technologies, and driving innovation. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Lead research and development activities for new products and technologies Design, develop, and improve existing products/processes Conduct feasibility studies, experiments, and technical analysis Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams Troubleshoot technical issues and provide cutting-edge solutions Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations Guide junior engineers and R&D; team members Evaluate new materials, tools, and technologies for product improvement

Pay: ₹50,000.00
- ₹60,000.00 per month
