Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Intern/Manager, located in Panipat. The selected candidate will work closely with influencers, develop and manage collaborations, and strategize campaigns to boost brand visibility. Responsibilities include identifying potential influencers, building and maintaining relationships, negotiating contracts, tracking campaign performance, and providing reports to assess ROI and engagement metrics.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Influencer Marketing, Campaign Management, and Social Media Trends
- Proficiency in Relationship Building, Communication, and Negotiation Skills
- Experience in Data Analysis, Performance Tracking, and Report Preparation
- Ability to Manage Multiple Projects, Meet Deadlines, and Work in a Fast-paced Environment
- Creative Thinking with a Focus on Innovative Campaigns and Growth Strategies
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with content creation, branding, and the influencer ecosystem
