Key Responsibilities


· PLC programming, debugging, troubleshooting, and logic modification.


· Breakdown handling and minimising production downtime.


· Robot–PLC integration and troubleshooting.


· SCADA/HMI troubleshooting and communication diagnosis.


· Troubleshooting sensors, actuators, and field devices.


· Monitoring and optimization of welding automation processes.


· PLC backup, restoration, and documentation.


· Coordination with production and maintenance teams.

Requirements

Required Skills


· Hands-on experience with Siemens AG, Schneider Electric & Mitsubishi Electric PLCs.


· Knowledge of TIA Portal, EcoStruxure, GX Works2, Ladder Logic, SCL/Structured Text.


· HMI/SCADA: ProFace, SIMATIC, GP Pro EX, WinCC.


· Industrial communication: PROFINET, Modbus TCP, Ethernet.


· Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and electrical troubleshooting.

Qualification


· Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronic.

Preferred: Experience in automotive, sheet metal, welding shop, or production automation.
