1. Market Research & Lead Generation
- Identify potential international markets for rice export
- Research global demand, competitors, and pricing trends
- Generate and qualify leads for new clients through calls, emails, trade shows, and online platforms 2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with overseas buyers, importers, and distributors
- Respond to client inquiries and provide product information, quotations, and samples
- Follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed orders 3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for rice exports
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
