The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to senior management by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, tracking business performance metrics, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations across the dealership. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments including Sales, Service, Finance, and HR in a rapid-paced automotive dealership environment. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
