Tele Calling Executive (Karnal)

Rosette Pharmaceuticals is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with doctors, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and PCD franchise partners across India. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with clients, and promoting the company's pharmaceutical products and franchise opportunities. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to distributors, chemists, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate new business leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Explain company products and PCD franchise opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Positive attitude and good convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Pharma Telecalling, Pharma Sales, PCD Pharma, or Healthcare Industry will be preferred.
- Experience in lead generation and customer follow-up is an added advantage. Salary & Perks
