Senior Executive - Program & Partnership (Greater Kailash)

Key Responsibilities 1. Proposal Ideation, Research & Writing
- Lead development of project proposals, concept notes, and donor communication materials.
- Conduct research, analyze program data, and prepare high-quality documents.
- Draft donor reports, thematic write-ups, and strategic content. 2. Reporting, Monitoring & Record-Keeping
- Oversee preparation of progress reports, case studies, and documentation of field activities.
- Ensure MIS maintenance, data accuracy, and timely submission of reports.
- Maintain consistency and alignment with organizational documentation standards. 3. Coordination & Leadership
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders for smooth implementation.
- Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of project work plans.
- Mentor junior team members on documentation and reporting processes.
- Support strategic decision-making at the program level. 4. Field Engagement
- Travel to project locations to monitor activities and ensure quality implementation. Pay: ₹500,000.00
