Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnal for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales in the assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, supervising a team of medical representatives, monitoring market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will ensure compliance with company policies and contribute towards developing branding and marketing plans to promote the company's products effectively.Qualifications Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills Analytical skills to assess market trends and develop effective sales strategies Knowledge of Ayurvedic or herbal products is advantageousProficiency in reporting, presentation, and computer skills Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet performance goals Willingness to travel as a part of job requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred
